Refund & withdrawal policy

Digital products and memberships may provide immediate access after purchase. At checkout you confirm immediate access and acknowledge that this may affect your right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

• Subscription cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past payments.
• Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
• If technical access fails and we cannot resolve the issue, contact support for a fair review.
• Refund requests are reviewed case by case, in good faith.
• Chargeback abuse or fraudulent claims may lead to account suspension.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
